The 9th Annual Jason Jensen Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament takes place on November 22, 2014 with a 12:00 pm shot-gun start. $200 fee includes golf and cart, player gifts, brunch and dinner by the Outback.
On November 21, 2014 the Poker Tournament is set for 7:00 pm. Both events are at Viewpoint Golf Resort in Mesa, Arizona.
Jason was tragically killed in a car accident eight years ago. Despite this tragic loss, his legacy is carried on through the Jason Jensen Memorial Scholarship Fund which is awarded through the Jason Jensen Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc., a 501c3 organization. This scholarship allows future junior golfers who have demonstrated dedication and diligence in the game to further their education opportunities.
Please join them this year as they will top the $162,000 mark in donations and be on their way to awarding over 28 scholarships to deserving junior golfers.
Again this year, there will be numerous sports personalities in attendance, a 50/50 putting contest, 50/50 ball drop, general raffle, silent auction and great gift packages for all players.
Items and donations for raffles and auction as well as monetary donations are needed. For more information or registration, visit www.jasonjnsengolf.org or contact Missy Palmer, tournament director at 602.690.5492.
