Wondering where you are going to play during overseeding time? Think Aloha Team Classic in Maui – October 12th through 15th

Beyond the Rainbow Foundation will host the Aloha Team Classic for the 10th year in a row on October 12th through October 15th this year. Featuring three rounds of amateur tournament golf, this year’s event will feature two rounds on the Plantation Course at Kapalua Resort, home of the Hyundai Tournament of Champions, and one round on the Royal Course at the Ka’anapali Golf Courses. There will also be an optional LPGA Pro/Am to be held at King Kamehameha Golf Club, which will be open to all players, whether participating in the Aloha Team Classic or not.

Lunch is provided each day of golf and there are two special evening events for participants and their guests. Awards and prizes are given each day of the tournament as well as for the combined three days.  Teams are made up of two amateur golfers (men, women or couples) from around the country and players that don’t have a teammate will be paired up.

Deborah Katz, president of the Foundation, noted that, “We have partnered with some of the finest resorts on the island to offer packages that include participation in the Aloha Team Classic either as a Player or Non-Player, with 5 nights’ accommodations at very attractive rates.”

All interested parties should contact Beyond the Rainbow Foundation at 800.541.7357 for all the details or see the event website at  www.AlohaTeamClassic.org. Mention that you heard about the event in AZGolfer and receive a $100 per player discount when registering before June 30th.
