The Club at Seven Canyons…nothing compares

Hole #9, Par 4, 389 yards from the tips is Seven Canyon’s Signature Hole.

Sedona is generally known for its majestic beauty and breathtaking vistas, but rarely is golf a consideration. However, in the summer of 2010 many golf enthusiasts began to think differently. The Club at Seven Canyons was previously off limits to public play and only a select few who accompanied its members were fortunate enough to experience this truly magnificent piece of real estate.

Designed and built by Tom Weiskopf in 2003, Seven Canyons is among the most photographed golf courses in the world, in part, as means of attracting an affluent clientele and membership base that would sustain the Club well into the future. In the process, the property was hailed by virtually every golf publication and was aptly named the IMAX of golf.

Like so many private golf clubs that have looked for alternative means to remain financially solvent, Seven Canyons opened its doors for public play with few restrictions. With its member base still in tact, the property now boasts the same exclusive and outstanding service, but at a fraction of the cost. In addition, Seven Canyons has partnered with several resort properties, which offer additional cost savings.

If Sedona is among your future plans, perhaps golf should now become a consideration. If so, nothing compares to this magnificent property.
