2012 Girls Junior America’s Cup Wailea Golf Club – Gold Course Maui, Hawaii

The Girls Junior America’s Cup wrapped up on Thursday, July 26 at Wailea Golf Club, in Maui, Hawaii. The international team competition was won by Hawaii (host association) who beat out Southern California by 1 shot with a team total of 214-214-220 = 648 (even par).

Team Arizona finished 13th and were led by Krystal Quihuis who individually finished tied for 29th in the filed of 72 players. Individual Medalist was won by Southern California star Elisabeth Bernabe with a three day total of 211 5 under par on the par 72 layout at Wailea Golf Club – Gold Course. 

The Girl’s Junior America’s Cup features 18 four-man teams from the western U.S., western Canada and Mexico, and it includes both team and individual competitions, and was hosted by the Hawaii State Junior Golf Association in 2012.
